Maybe they are all wrong, I don’t know. But I would need more evidence before removing him.
It’s true that he has not initiated one yet and I know that he don’t want to in the future. Saying that, he is authorized by GBC to initiate people but due to personal preferences he is not doing it. He gives Siksa to many devotees, so I would leave it with you to keep his name in the list or not.
hare krishna! Bhanu Maharaja’s lectures are very scientific and clearly present Gaudiya Vaishnav philosophy. Even though he has no diksha disciples,he has a lot of siskha followers.

A small change I suppose. Bhanu maharaj does initiate or has not in the past. He is a sanyasi and a GBC member
