Clearly there was a conspiracy by the GHQ to not only get rid of ISKCON's women's ministry, but also a conspiracy by them to change ISKCON law to persecute what they saw as people with "feminist" leanings. They can quibble over whether or not the word "conspiracy" is correct or not, the fact is that they were a secret organization with a plan to make an organized effort to change how ISKCON treated women and women's rights.
